VISIONS

The North Highlands Visions Task Force was organized in 1996. North Highland area residents and businesses work together to ensure the security, health and economic vitality of North Highlands business areas and residential neighborhoods. Task members work cooperatively with governmental, educational, civic and community organizations to encourage the beautification of North Highlands.
