Carmichael/Old Foothill Farms Community Planning Council

The Carmichael Community Planning Council, a nine-member panel appointed by the Board of Supervisors to make final decisions on land-use issues, . The new Council is comprised of seven members from Carmichael and two members from Old Foothill Farms. Fair Oaks Boulevard Corridor Plan Citizen’s Advisory Committee

The Citizen’s Advisory Committee is intended to guide the development of the Fair Oaks Boulevard Corridor Plan, including leading community outreach, providing comments to the project consultants and County Staff, and recommend a draft Corridor Plan to the Carmichael Community Council and Board of Supervisors.
